PET POLICY
Generally, pets are welcome in most of our properties, with a minimum pet fee of $400 for the first pet, additional are at a negotiated rate, but no monthly fee. Pets are not allowed in units with carpet newer than 5 years, and in some buildings.
Pets should be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are NOT allowed to be left out on a tether.
PLEASE clean up after your pet.
Pit bulls and/or aggressive breeds are not allowed.
Pets must be registered and have a professionally trained certificate to be qualified for an ADA exemption.
One time or monthly pet fees are not refundable.
