What do you require for lease approval? Our application process is to obtain a completed application, check criminal records, verify prior landlord information, verify income, and credit.
Do any of your properties accept section 8 or other assistance programs? Not at this time.
Are there types of pets you do not allow? We will not allow agressive dogs, snakes, ferrets, scorpions, and domesticated wild animals.
Who takes care of maintenance? Our staff will take care of maintenance issues. Aside from cleaning, we prefer that you do not take maintenance into your own hands.
Can we rent a washer and/or dryer? Yes, if not included in the unit, we will rent a washer or dryer for $25/mo each.
Are all of your leases due August 1? No, we will lease to you with lease maturities from March 1 through August 1, and will agree to multiple year leases or short term leases on most of our properties.
Can we have parties? As you are living among other people, social gatherings should be limited to between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, noise must be kept to a minimum.
